Returns policy
If you have received a product from Orb Distribution that you believe is in any way faulty, Orb Distribution will arrange for collection of the product and send it back to the manufacturer. Return freight costs may be charged to your account. On receiving the stock, the manufacturer has seven days to inspect it.
If the manufacturer deems there is a fault (it’s at the manufacturer’s sole discretion) Orb Distribution will offer a credit on your next order for the value of the stock returned plus the costs of returning the product. If the manufacturer denies there is a fault, Orb Distribution will neither credit the goods nor contribute to the return costs.
